Dear Resident,

I’m writing to let you know that the date of the upcoming Oakenshaw PACT meeting has changed. The meeting will now take place on Friday 17th April, with the time remaining the same: 18:00–19:00 hours.

The PACT meeting is an opportunity for residents to share any local concerns, discuss issues affecting the community, and speak directly with members of the local policing team and local councillors. Your input is always valued, and your participation helps shape the priorities for our area.

Thank you for your understanding regarding the date change. We look forward to seeing you there and hearing your views.
